I recently purchased what I thought was a 4X4 truck from this company. I asked several times if the 4X4 was working and they repeatably told me yes. Well when we get home, we traveled over 10 hrs, almost all of the parts that make the vehicle 4X4 were completely MISSING!! Then to make matters worse the truck had a huge leak and the battery died the very next day! When we consulted with the company our salesman stated that they were very sorry and they would take care of everything. They sent us USED incomplete parts and asked us to take it to a local mechanic. The mechanic spoke with them and got the go ahead to fix the car and to purchase additional parts so that it could work. They told him and us that they would take care of the entire bill, the shop owner is a witness as well as several emails and texts we have. Well when it comes time to pay the bill, 2 weeks later, they ignore our and the mechanic's phone calls. When we finally got ahold of someone 3 days later they informed us that the salesman no longer was working there and in not so many words that they were not going to be responsible for paying it. I have called several times leaving messages for management/owner to call me back and have not received anything a week later. I have NEVER dealt with such an unprofessional facility. It's been almost 3 weeks and we have yet to drive our truck and we have to make the first payment. In my opinion this company and it's customer service is a joke. . This whole experience is a NIGHTMARE!! Potential buyers beware. I have photos of the truck and its missing parts which I will be posting later

I went to this dealer to look at a car I saw on the front lot. I have been looking at this type of car for a while and have found several in Texas but didn’t think I would ever see one in Killeen I had my wife, both sons and my daughter in law. We really liked the car and the salesman was very polite. I asked the mileage and the salesman went inside to get key. He came back and told me the mileage very low, I was excited! I asked him to start car so I could hear the engine. It was then that they lost me. He told m he couldn’t start the engine without me being pre-approved. !! ??? I was taken back, I had actually driven one the weekend before in Austin but this car was in much better shape. I am in my 50’s had my family, told the salesman I was GOING to but one of these cars, and they wanted me to get pre-approved to even hear the car start..??? I told the salesman pre-approved for what? I would be paying in full and he didn’t know what to say. He told me it was management policy NOT to let customers start cars without being pre-approved. I have bought many cars and to be honest I felt insulted. I maybe could understand if I was a very young person or looked shady but I was there with my entire family and to be honest I am a long way from being a kid. I want to say that the salesman was polite, and said he didn’t understand it either, he emphasized it was management and he just shrugged his shoulders. It was the car I wanted, prices was in the ballpark, I could have been sold once I heard the car, I didn’t even ask to drive it. I would hate to think what you had to do to actually drive the car. I would like to think this was just a mistake but the salesman seemed just as astonished as I was. If it was management that made this rule, then they need new management in my humble opinoin.

Being a senior citizen, and recently widowed, I needed to replace my worn out vehicle. Most senior citizens will remember the days of going to the gas station and never leaving your car...a young man would run out, check your tires, check your oil and wash your windshield while filling your car with gas, all the while with a smile on his face...That was the good old days! Pay Less Car Sales is staffed with courteous and competent young people using the latest technology in our computer world, but they have not lost sight of personal service. The customer still comes first. I walked in, told the salesman what I could afford to spend a month, being on a single fixed income, and I drove away that day with a six year old, one owner, 36,000 miles Lincoln LS, just what I was looking for. ...and all for less than $10,000, payments of only $298 per month for three years. Confident that I made the right decision, because I have the carfax in hand to prove that Payless Car Sales is an honest dealership and will stand behind their promises. I could not be happier and would recommend that anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, if you are as young as my grandson or in your sixties and a Senior Citizen, check out the many cars on display at Pay Less Car Sales. I am now living in my good ole days and enjoying every minute, thanks to Pay Less Car Sales. Joan Jackson Salado, TX 76571
